The Dogwood Arts Festival 2004 opening weekend will feature multiple events in the newly renovated Market Square area in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. One event will feature over 30 Foothills Craft Guild artists demonstrating and selling their handmade work. The Foothills Spring Show event will be located in a courtyard on Gay Street next to AmSouth Bank and adjacent to Krutch Park and Market Square.
